A patron may have trouble getting access for several reasons. Try these easy fixes first.
1. Is the patron category "exception w-sponsor"? They may need to get it renewed. See e-resources wiki page for possible responses.
2. Try a different browser.
3. Clear your cache and cookies.
4. Check your proxy settings.
5. Try Incognito mode and/or an earlier version of the browser.
6. If you have an extension such as "HTTPS Everywhere" or "Privacy Badger" installed, try disabling it.
7. Zotero has a setting that interferes with access. Try going to "proxy settings" and unchecking the "enable proxy redirection" box.
