A patron was having difficulty getting a PDF using his iPad. Amy did some experimenting, and found that access to PDFs are available, but there's an added step (screenshot below). I also tried this on my iPhone and it worked great. I'm not sure if this problem is specific to Wiley, but be aware that other platforms may require a bit of digging as well if patrons are using i-and-other-gadgetry.
