Libgateway-L – General questions about the library, typically from patrons.  The “contact us” links on the Library Website go to this list.  Catalogers and Library Public Services staff monitor this list, as well as Developers who manage CUL public interfaces/pages.  Problems with catalog records, book loans, or outdated library hours get picked up by the correct staff or department.

LIBIT-L:  Access to library E-Resources go here and generally get forwarded to LibAnswers E-Resources Troubleshooting queue.  “Trouble Connecting” on some resource interfaces go to LIBIT-L.  More often, this list is used by other library staff to report various E-Resource access issues.

e-resources@cornell.edu : Electronic resource related questions go here.  e-resources@cornell.edu is the address we give to e-resource vendors to contact us.  It is also the place where library staff can ask about the status of an e-resource acquisition, or to get in touch with the e-resources unit with general questions.
