You’ll notice the Linda Hall Library link in Engineering Village. It’s a privately endowed library of science, engineering, and technology located in Kansas City, Missouri. We refer people there when they don’t have a university affiliation. Linda Hall is somewhat equivalent to a National Engineering Library and they do fee-based services. They purchased the Engineering Societies Libraries which was located in NYC. One can refer unaffiliated people to them for research and document delivery services.
